Historically SWIR cameras have been too expensive for consistent manufacturing use due to their complex hardware. The SWIR I by Cubert Technologies is a unique device that combines award-winning snapshot light field technology with a Sony sensor 1100-1700 nm. This combination allows it to be more economical than others on the market. The SWIR can assist in differentiating materials including plastics, art, and heat, in addition to raw materials. This device includes analysis software with built-in algorithms and USB connection.
